CALLING ALL POETS! CALLING ALL POETS! Are you an up and coming poet? Have you ever been told you are a great writer? Have you ever wanted to get your work seen by other people? Have you ever wanted to be a published poet? WELL HERE IS YOUR CHANCE! Thanks to an idea sparked by the amazing and lovely @CompliAKAted (Kellie), I am starting Project Poetry 2009! This project focuses on the unknown writers of the world who have great talents for writing, but have not been presented the opportunity to show them off. Along with getting a book published, attempts will be made for planned events where poets come together and meet each other and share their works. So with that said, send in your BEST poems to projectpoetry09@ymail.com and the TOP 100 POEMS will be selected to be published in a book along with some of my own. YOU MAY SUBMIT MULTIPLE POEMS, AND MULTIPLE POEMS FROM YOU MAY BE SELECTED! Please send all emails as WORD ATTACHMENTS. Also, they should be in the format of Poem Title, Your Name, and then the poem itself. YOU WILL RECEIVE RECOGNITION FOR YOUR WORKS! I am not trying to steal your work in any way. If selected, you will receive an email once the book is printed so that you can be sent a free copy for your contributions.
